Refunds and Returns

We are sorry but we cannot accept returns of baby food that has been mailed and recieved. We will issue credit for products that are damaged during delivery with approprate documentation.

If your product arrives damaged please email us within 2 days of receipt of products with the following information.

• Name, Order number, and perferred contact info.
• Damaged product photo with a description of how it arrived ( ie. photo of smashed box and ripped package).
• Date and time package was received

Order Cancellations and/or Changes

We regularly process orders the same day they are placed. Once orders are placed and shipped we cannot cancel them. If you need to cancel quickly after you place your order or make additions or changes to your order please contact us via the chat ASAP and we will help you. If you need additions or changes to orders that have already been shipped additional shipping fees may apply.
