Quick, easy, tasty smoothies with our foods.

Smoothies and smoothie bowls are great healthy breakfasts/snacks. We love a good smoothie but hate the prep. Peeling, chopping, freezing, etc. Who has the time? Here are a few easy smoothie recipes that use our baby and everyone food.

First up:

Coconut Mango Banana Blueberry Smoothie


This smoothie isn't super quick if you want it to be pretty, Instagram worthy and layered but it is easy.

I like to get fancy with my food sometimes so I don't mind the extra effort of the layering. If you skip the freezing step it will be a lot quicker and still cool. It will just swirl a bit when you pour them together. Or, you can just throw it all in the blender together for purple smoothie.
